Starting a new adventure!

January 11, 2010

I am really looking forward to the next couple of months sharing and learning with the great library folks across Kansas and…..?? I know there are some other states represented. I would love to hear from you…please comment on my blog and let me know where you are from.

Also, just cuz there is a warm spot in my heart for all K-Placers…how many of us are there doing the 23 Things Kansas?

Hey Diana, what’s up? I’m looking forward to this also. I have more and more patrons using our KLOW site for accessing NExpress so the opportunity to jazz it up is something I didn’t want to pass up! Thanks for helping me get started with automation. I’m nearly done, just taken a break to work on other projects.
    Have a GREAT day!

I’m wandering through everyone’s blogs – going to pictures up about your adventures in library directorship?

I’m no KPLACER, but did I ever work with you? ;) Glad you’re using WordPress. I hope it helps you figure out your library website better. Can’t wait for your cloud computing lesson!

No, I’m not a k-placer either, just remember you from my good ‘ole days at SCKLS. I’m very excited about learning to make my own blog, too, in the effort to keep up with my two twenty-something sons. The youngest one informed me the other day that he’s been blogging since 2004…boy, do I feel old!
It’s good to be in touch again…Annette

I’m in Concordia. And, no, not a K-Placer, but your name is familiar…we might have taken classes together at Emporia State.
Love the theme you picked, BTW!

I can join the list of K-PLACERS doing 23 Things Kansas…just don’t ask me what year I graduated.

I guess I am doing this right, I made it here anyway. I’m not showing up in the list, but maybe it will take some time to show up.

    Hi Diana,

As you can see I am doing my 23 things Kansas homework. Ha! I think I will choose a new avatar next. Thanks for encouraging us to do this. =) The kicking and screaming into this century should subside shortly…=0
